Reading a bookWe believe it's important to share stories about the real-life impacts of prescription drug abuse.  Here, we share how Greg Van Ess' and April Rovero's families have been profoundly affected by the loss of their sons, Alec Van Ess and Joey Rovero, to prescription drugs.

We invite you to share how you may have been personally impacted by these drugs too, so that others can better understand just how dangerous they can be. None of us want anything like this to happen to another child; hopefully, our stories will help other families avoid the losses we have experienced.

Please feel free to post as much or little as you like, in any way that you like.  There is no right or wrong way to do this.  We hope that by readers sharing their stories, that the word will spread as quickly as possible about the extreme dangers of prescription drug abuse.
