Join us for the 3rd Annual “Dose of Awareness” 5K Walk and Health Expo where you’ll walk in memory of thousands of Americans who have been lost to our national prescription drug abuse epidemic and honor those who are in recovery.

Mission:  Educate and equip youth and adults of all ages with information and resources that can help keep them safe and provide support they need for recovery.

Goal:  inspire and engage every Bay Area community member to join our fight to end prescription drug abuse and its potentially devastating consequences.

Join us for a Candle Light Vigil on International Overdose Awareness Day on the west side steps of the California State Capitol to remember our lost loved ones and support those they left behind.

Wear T-shirts, bring signs and other remembrances of loved ones lost to America’s overdose epidemic.  Stand beside us as we rally with a united call for action that will help bring an end to this public health crisis.

No family is immune from addiction and the possibility of overdose. Help us to:

  • Remember those lost to overdose
  • Comfort those who have been left behind
  • Reduce the stigma associated with drug-related addiction and overdose deaths

2018 FED UP! Washington D.C. Events @ Washington D.C.

We’re FED UP! and we’re calling for immediate,  comprehensive and sustained Federal action to end the epidemic of opioid related addiction and overdose deaths.

Join us for three events in Washington D.C. over Columbus Day weekend.  Immerse yourself in various art forms connected to our opioid epidemic at our ARTful Advocacy event in the evening on 10/6.  The next morning, we’ll demonstrate in front of the Sackler Gallery on the National Mall in protest of the family that has become wealthy from the sale of their killer drug, OxyContin.

Join us in the afternoon on 10/7 for the biggest rally of its kind in 2018 where thousands of Americans will be demanding action, not just words, from our Federal government to end our nation’s opioid epidemic.  Network with others battling for lives in this space and participate in an evening vigil to remember and celebrate our lost loved ones.  We’ll all end the evening with our Opioid March to the White House and a call-to-action closing.
